What is the difference between LIM (injection molding of liquid silicone rubber) and compression molding?
- The mold of LIM is more expensive than compression molding. However, LIM can accommodate three-dimensional shapes, composite processing, and precision molding. Also, LSR (liquid silicone rubber) has good flowability and enables thin-wall molding.
