高温では変形してしまうプラスチックを低温で染めることはできますか？

今まで高温でしか染めることができなかったプラスチックを、低温（60 ℃）で染めることを可能とした加工法がございます。低温で染めることによって、高温では変形するような材質のものも染めることができます。槽の中で染めるため、今のところ染められるものの大きさは300ｍｍ角位までですが、大きなものを染めたいときは、槽さえあればある程度の大きさのものも染めることができます。

Is it possible to dye plastics that deform at high temperatures at low temperatures?

There is a processing method that makes it possible to dye plastics that could only be dyed at high temperatures at low temperatures (60 °C). By dyeing at low temperatures, materials that deform at high temperatures can also be dyed. The size limitation of the plastic to be dyed is limited by the size of the tank where the dyeing process is undertaken, which is 300 mm2. Larger items can be dyed only by use of a larger tank.
